Salon Backbar is a growing, family-owned professional beauty distributor looking for a motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory.
We believe in promoting from within. Many of our team members have advanced into leadership roles as the company has grown, and some have even earned opportunities to become partners in the business. We are looking for a like-minded, driven individual who wants to grow with us and help take Salon Backbar to the next level.

This is a field-based sales position. You will drive a company-provided car, service existing salon and barber accounts, develop new customers, and sell professional beauty products throughout your territory.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay + commission + performance bonuses

Responsibilities
- Service and grow existing customer accounts
- Prospect and open new salon and barber accounts
- Drive an established sales route within your territory
- Present products, promotions, and new launches
- Build strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed sales and new-account goals
Qualifications
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable developing new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
